Anytime the USPS finds that the information submitted for a package does not match what their system indicates they will submit an adjustment to your meter called an APV (Automated Package Verification) charge or an APV refund. Basically, if you say the package weighs 2lbs when it really weighs 15lbs, they will come back and charge your meter the difference, but the reverse is also true. If you say a package weighs 5lbs when it really weighs 2lbs then they will come back and refund your meter. This report will show you all of the APVs that the USPS has applied to your meter.
